Our advisors average 20 years in the business, with the core of our top advisors being with the firm 15 years on average. The America’s Retirement Store® platform has positioned the company for growth on a regional, and ultimately on a national basis.


Traditional W-2 employee– Maximum payout of 55% @ monthly production of $22,500 and above.


1099 Independent- payouts between 80-85% based on T-12 production.


Store ownership– requires 3 person minimum team with T-12 $700k, $50M AUM and 5 years average experience.
