Client Associate & Executive Coordinator
Natasha Lempe grew up in financial services. Daughter of president and founder of America’s Retirement Store, she learned quickly and early the commitment it takes to work with clients, their financial resources, and their dreams.
Currently Executive Coordinator for the firm’s Chief Operations Officer, she has experienced first-hand the industry’s continuous workflow, from the importance of watching every detail in working with clients’ paperwork to the constant demands placed on the executives and decision makers of the firm. Natasha began working with the firm in 2008 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility. Having become familiar with the processing of documents and forms relating to the wide array of products and services, she then transitioned to client interaction and service.
In 2012 she was relocated to Colorado Springs to coordinate opening of the new America’s Retirement Store in University Village. In the role of office administrator/director of first impressions, Natasha acted as liaison between the Springs’ branch and corporate offices in Greenwood Village; scheduled appointments; coordinated marketing and advertising; and expedited the exchange of forms, applications, and documents to and from corporate headquarters .
In January 2015, she again relocated, this time back to Greenwood Village. Working closely with executive team member and CCO, Bruce Larsen, Natasha serves at the first point of contact for Bruce’s clients and interacts regularly with them to help make the “America’s Retirement Store Experience” thoroughly positive, enduring and memorable.
