2015 social security windfall eliminationSocial Security benefits are intended to cover a portion of pre-retirement earnings. The Windfall Elimination Provision may be applied to earners who have earned a pension from an employer that did not withhold Social Security taxes while also qualifying for Social Security retirement or disability benefits.
